Join a tight-knit community within BFS, connect with like-minded peers, and grow together!
The BFS Families Program is designed to help members build meaningful connections, grow professionally, and feel supported throughout the year. Each Family serves as a small, tight-knit community within BFS, combining social connection with career development.
- Each Family consists of ~25–30 members, grouped intentionally based on interests, personality, and overall fit
- Families are led by a Family Head, who helps coordinate activities and serves as the main point of contact
- Each Family is supported by a Mentor, who provides career guidance and regular check-ins
- Families meet weekly or biweekly through social events, professional activities, or informal hangouts
Within your Family, you’ll:
- Meet peers with similar goals and interests
- Build relationships through socials, bonding events, and challenges
- Gain access to mentorship, career resources, and leadership opportunities
- Earn points by participating in events and activities throughout the quarter
Active participation in Families helps members stand out for future Associate applications and leadership roles within BFS.
