- Each Family has ~26 members, grouped by personality and fit to ensure strong chemistry and mentorship opportunities
- Each Family is led by a Family Head, who takes on additional leadership responsibilities and works closely with mentors and exec members
- Within your Family, you’ll meet peers who share your goals and mentors who guide your growth
- Families host weekly or biweekly meetups and participate in socials, bonding events, and challenges throughout the quarter and families earn points through attending meetups, BFS events, socials, and completing special challenges
- Active participation helps you stand out for future Associate applications and leadership opportunities
