Families offer a smaller community within BFS, allowing members to bond, support each other, and explore career fields together.
Each family consists of 6-10 members, led by a Family Head and a Mentor.
Families meet weekly, participate in quarterly social events, and engage in activities to build friendships and professional connections.

How to Join a Family?

Application Process: Sign up during BFS recruitment.
Family Assignments: Based on interest and career goals.
Rolling Admissions: Late joiners can be added throughout the quarter.
